From now through Monday 11/30 at midnight CT, get a free gift or digital gift card with any order $125 or greater. The more you spend, the better gift options (or higher digital gift card value) you'll unlock. To participate, simply add items to your cart, select the gift or digital gift card of your choice from the dropdown menu once the option is unlocked, and then head to checkout. You'll see your gift item or gift card in your order at checkout, with the Cyber Weekend discount automatically applied across your items!

Some things to keep in mind:

• Gift cards purchased during this period do not count towards the qualifying order total.
• Offer is valid while supplies last. If gift options sell out, substitutions will not be offered. Digital gift cards will always be an option in whatever spending tier you are in.
• While you can select a gift item from a lower tier if you prefer, we can't substitute multiple gift items or digital gift cards from a lower tier for the one you're currently in.
• If you've already selected a gift and unlock a higher tier, be sure to select your new tier item if you prefer it!
• No other discounts or promotions (including our Military discount) can be combined with this Cyber Weekend offer.

DIGITAL GIFT CARD DETAILS

We are excited to offer digital gift cards as a choice this year! If you are interested in this option, see below for some FAQs and important info.

• Digital gift cards never expire, can be redeemed online or in our stores, and can be shared or forwarded to whoever you like.
• The gift cards will be delivered via email to the email address you enter while checking out for your order. Make sure to double-check your email address at checkout - if it's incorrect, delivery will be unsuccessful. We'll do our best to contact you in that case.
• Gift cards will be sent after the promotion concludes by the end of the day on Tuesday, 12/1. We'll have a lot of gift cards to issue, so please wait until the end of the day before contacting our team if you haven't received your gift card! Be sure to check your spam folder as well - the email subject will be "Your Tecovas Digital Gift Card" and it will come from howdy@tecovas.com.
• In the event of returns, the value of your gift card will be withheld from any return and your gift card will remain valid. If you would like to have the gift card cancelled and the value refunded to your original payment method, you can reach out to us at howdy@tecovas.com and we'll get you taken care of! If you used your gift card and then return your original order, the value of the gift card will be withheld from any return as well.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Overview: Customers of Tecovas, Inc. (“Tecovas”) can receive either a Tecovas Gift Card or a free promotional product (the “Promotional Gift”) with their order of Tecovas products placed with a qualified spend during the Promotion Period, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Offer is valid at Tecovas store locations, on www.tecovas.com and by calling 833-TECOVAS (833-832-6827).

Promotion Period: The promotion begins at 12:01 am CST on November 27, 2020 and ends at 11:59 pm CST on November 30, 2020 (the “Promotion Period”). This promotion is only valid on orders placed during the Promotion Period. Tecovas is not responsible for any inability to access the promotion or claim a Tecovas Gift Card or Promotional Gift during the Promotion Period due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological problems.

The Offer: All orders placed with a qualified spend during the Promotional Period will be eligible to receive either a Tecovas Gift Card or a Promotional Gift as specified in the following table:

Customer will be given the option to select between the Tecovas Gift Card and the Promotional Gift prior to the order checkout. The Promotional Gift will be shipped to the customer’s address associated with the order. The Tecovas Gift Card will be delivered digitally by email to the email address associated with the applicable order by December 2, 2020. If the customer adds a Tecovas Gift Card or a Promotional Gift manually to the shopping cart, it will be counted as a normal product with regular price instead of a part of this promotion. Customer must pay applicable sales tax and shipping charges, which are not included in determining the amount of qualified spend. All products must be purchased in a single order and shipped to the same address to be included in the customer’s qualified spend. This promotion is only available for end-users of Tecovas products, and Tecovas reserves the right to cancel any order placed by any other purchaser.

Product Exclusions: Purchases of Tecovas Gift Cards are not eligible for this promotion and will not count towards the qualified spend total.

Returns/Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are subject to the Tecovas Return and Exchanges Policy located at https://www.tecovas.com/pages/returns-exchanges. If any products included in an order for which the customer received a Tecovas Gift Card or a Promotional Gift pursuant to this promotion are partially or fully returned, then the following additional terms shall apply:

• 1. If the customer selected the Tecovas Gift Card, then the discount amount (calculated as the face value of such Tecovas Gift Card) will be applied proportionally across all products in the customer's order (excluding the retail value of such Tecovas Gift Card). In the case of a full return of the entire order, the face value of such Tecovas Gift Card will be deducted from the amount of the order to be refunded to such customer. In the case of a partial return of an order, the customer will receive a refund of the retail value of the product being returned (subject to the terms and conditions of the Tecovas Return and Exchange Policy) less the proportion of the discount amount attributable to such Tecovas Gift Card that is allocated to such returned product pursuant to this provision. Refunds of the amount of any unused balance on a Tecovas Gift Card issued pursuant to this promotion may, in the sole discretion of Tecovas, be requested by calling 833-TECOVAS (833-832-6827). Tecovas shall have no obligation to refund any amount of any Tecovas Gift Card issued pursuant to this promotion, but may determine to do so in its discretion.
• 2. If the customer selected the Promotional Gift, then the discount amount (calculated as the retail value of the Promotional Gift) will be applied proportionally across all products in the customer's order (including the retail value of such Promotional Gift). In the case of a full return of the entire order (including the Promotional Gift), the entire amount of the order will be refunded (subject to the terms and conditions of the Tecovas Return and Exchange Policy). In the case of a partial return of an order, the customer will receive a refund of the retail value of the product being returned (subject to the terms and conditions of the Tecovas Return and Exchange Policy) less the proportion of the discount attributable to the free gift that is allocated to such returned product pursuant this provision. If the Promotional Gift is missing, is not returned or is damaged, the customer will not be entitled to receive a full refund for such order.

Other Restrictions: Promotional Gifts are subject to availability while supplies last; no rain checks or substitutions are available. Shipments of the Promotional Gift may be delayed due to unforeseen inventory situations or high demand. Not valid on prior or pending purchases, gift cards, gift certificates, taxes, shipping and processing charges. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offers only apply to the United States unless otherwise noted. Offer cannot be sold or otherwise bartered. Additional terms, conditions and restrictions may apply to the promotional offers. Tecovas has the right to end or modify any promotion at any time in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. Promotional offer limited to one Tecovas Gift Card or one Promotional Gift per order and five orders per customer. Tecovas is not responsible for a customer’s inability to use a Tecovas Gift Card received pursuant to this promotion due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological problems. THE PROMOTIONAL GIFT IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT FURTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TECOVAS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROMOTIONAL GIFT.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to the conflicts of law principles thereof.
