Returns and Exchanges
Change your mind? Need a different size or color? No problem! Returns and exchanges are 100% free for items in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition (i.e., original tags, unworn, unwashed, no scuffs on the soles of boots) within 30 days of receipt. Certain exclusions and exceptions apply. See below for details.
Our Return Policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly through Tecovas.com or Tecovas retail stores. Products purchased through any other retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s return policy. Tecovas does not accept returns for products sold outside of Tecovas.com or Tecovas retail stores.
How do I return or exchange my order?
To start a return or exchange, simply head to returns.tecovas.com and follow the prompts, then mail your package back to us! We’ll send you a notification as soon as your refund has been inspected and processed, or your requested exchange is on its way.
Once Tecovas receives your returned product, Tecovas will inspect it and perform a quality check to ensure it meets the condition as stated in this Returns and Exchanges Policy. Following inspection, Tecovas will send you a notification as soon as your refund has been processed, or your requested exchange is on its way. If you are eligible for an exchange or refund, Tecovas will either provide you a refund back to your original form of payment or we will ship your exchange product, as applicable.
Returns and exchanges will need to be verified and processed by Tecovas’ distribution center team. Please allow at least 14 days from the date Tecovas receives your return to process your return or exchange, with additional time for shipping allotted for any exchanges. Processing timeframes may vary.

You may choose to send back a return or use the prepaid shipping label provided when you go to returns.tecovas.com and follow the prompts to get your prepaid shipping label and mail your package back to us!
Tecovas is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
What is your return policy?
This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all products sold at a Tecovas retail store or on the Tecovas.com website or mobile application.
Returns and exchanges are 100% free for items in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition (i.e., original tags, unworn, unwashed, no scuffs on the soles of boots) within 30 days of receipt. If you are buying boots, we strongly encourage you to try them on carpet to avoid scratching the outsoles!
FINAL SALE: SOLD AS-IS; NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Certain exclusions and exceptions apply, including the following:
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
- Items noted as “final sale” or “nonreturnable” cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
- Items purchased at Tecovas outlet stores and warehouse sales cannot be returned.
- Shipping fees are nonrefundable, unless you received an incorrect or damaged item.
- Returned products must be shipped to Tecovas in their original packaging.
- Returned products must be accompanied by the original tags.
- Tecovas may refuse any request for an exchange or refund if, in Tecovas’ sole discretion, Tecovas suspects fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or other manipulative behavior.
- Customized items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items not purchased at the Sevierville Outlet can not be returned to the Sevierville Outlet.

Customer Information: Tecovas reserves the right to require and electronically capture customer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. Tecovas may maintain a database of customer return activity, which may be used to assess and authorize returns and exchanges. Fraudulent Activity: Tecovas may suspend or cancel payment or refuse a refund or exchange request if Tecovas suspects fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or other manipulative behavior. Tecovas may contact your payment method issuer, law enforcement, or others and share information relating to your payments, purchases, and other activity, as applicable, if Tecovas believes doing so will prevent fraudulent activity, violation(s) of the law, or financial loss.
