Thanks for booking a custom appointment with Tecovas. Before your visit, here's what to know about how the experience works and what to expect. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
The general terms below apply to all types of custom appointments. Specific details for each appointment type — pricing, lead times, payment, and product-specific policies — are in the appointment-specific section.
General Terms
What a custom appointment is
A custom appointment is a one-on-one session with a dedicated Tecovas associate. Working from a curated selection of materials, styles, and finishing details, you'll design an item that's uniquely yours. Appointments are held at participating Tecovas retail locations, and availability is limited.
You're not obligated to place an order. There's no charge for the appointment itself.
Booking
Custom appointments are scheduled in advance through a participating Tecovas store. You can find participating locations and available appointment types at tecovas.com/stores. You'll receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete — please double-check the date, time, and location, and reach out if anything looks off.
One appointment, one item
Each appointment is designed for one person designing one item. If you're coming in with family or friends who'd also like to design their own, please book a separate appointment for each person so we can give everyone the attention they deserve.

Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to book a custom appointment and to place a custom order. Valid government-issued ID may be required at check-in.
Cancellations, rescheduling & no-shows

Right to refuse service
Tecovas reserves the right to refuse service, cancel an appointment, or decline an order at its sole discretion.
Changes to these Terms
Tecovas may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page.

Appointment-Specific Terms
The following terms apply to specific appointment types in addition to the general terms above.
Custom Buckles
Custom Buckles are made-to-order. If you decide to place an order at your appointment, a few things to know:
- Payment: Full payment is required at time of purchase.
- Returns: All Custom Buckle orders are final sale. Custom buckle orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded including for sizing, shape, or preference.
- Lead time: Estimated lead time is up to 14 weeks.
- Variations: As each element of the buckle is handmade, there is potential for naturally occurring variation.
- Restrictions: For legal reasons, Tecovas will not permit the use of copyrighted logos or imagery without the explicit written permission to do so from the appropriate party.
Warranty
Custom Buckles are covered by Tecovas' standard warranty against defects in material and craftsmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, and damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are not covered. See our full Warranty policy for details.
