In-Store Custom Appointments
Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all Tecovas in-store appointments, including custom design sessions and any other appointment-based services we offer at our retail locations. Plans change — we get it. Here's how cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and missed appointments work.
Cancel or reschedule
- More than 24 hours before your appointment: You can cancel or reschedule at no cost through the link in your confirmation email, or by contacting the store where your appointment is booked.
- Within 24 hours of your appointment: Appointments can no longer be rescheduled online within 24 hours of the scheduled time. If something comes up, please contact the store directly — we'll do our best to accommodate, but same-day availability is not guaranteed.
Running late
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to fit the remaining time, or — if your associate is no longer available — treated as a missed appointment. If you're running behind, please call the store so we can let your associate know.
Missed appointments
If you don't arrive for your scheduled appointment and haven't canceled in advance, the time slot may be released for another guest. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your eligibility to book future appointments with Tecovas.
Changes by Tecovas
In rare cases — associate illness, store closure, or similar — we may need to reschedule your appointment. If that happens, we'll reach out as soon as possible to find a new time that works for you.
