LIMITED WARRANTY

Since our founding in 2015, Tecovas has been dedicated to making top-quality, timeless western footwear, apparel, accessories, & leather goods. Tecovas products (the “Product(s)”) are warranted to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for 12 months from the original date of purchase. Our warranty is an expression of our confidence in the material and craftsmanship of our company’s Products. Because Tecovas cannot control the quality of Products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Tecovas retail locations, Tecovas Customer Service, or our website Tecovas.com and are not otherwise eligible for return under our Return Policy, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Tecovas reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from resellers or unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.

This warranty does not apply to the effects of normal wear and tear, nor does it apply to Products that have been damaged by misuse, neglect, customization, accident modification, or unauthorized repair.

If you believe your product is defective, please complete a Warranty Return on our website and send us the Product(s) via the provided shipping label.

If, upon inspection, we determine that the Product is defective, we reserve the right to replace the Product or issue you a credit, depending on the nature of the defect. There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to the Products, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall Tecovas be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

While we don't cover our boots for normal wear and tear under warranty, we offer free in-store boot and shoe conditioning for Tecovas Customers. If your favorite pair needs some attention, we invite you to bring them into any Tecovas Store for complimentary cleaning and conditioning. Find your nearest store here.

Boots are an investment! It is normal in the lifespan of a boot to go through several resoles. If your pair is in need of new soles or repairs, please take advantage of our partnership with NuShoe to get a complete resole and restoration!
