OFFER AND HOW TO REDEEM: During the Promotion Period, customers will receive 40% off the Tecovas Lightweight Leather Duffle and Men’s Leather Backpack (the “Eligible Item”). To qualify for the promotional offer, you must purchase one or more Eligible Items from Tecovas’s online store or from a Tecovas retail store location during the Promotion Period. Offer not valid with our wholesale partners. Subject to availability, while supplies last; no rain checks are available. GIFT CARDS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, AND OTHER OFFERS OR DISCOUNTS MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH THIS PROMOTION. No shipping outside the continental U.S. Tecovas has the right to end or modify the Promotion at any time. Void where prohibited by law. Participant must pay applicable tax and shipping charges. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion Period starts at 12:00 AM Central Time on November 28, 2025 and ends at 7:59 AM Central Time on December 2, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES TECOVAS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL TECOVAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SHIPPING DELAYS.

Promotion is limited to stock on hand; no rain checks available. Not valid on prior or pending purchases, gift cards, gift certificates, taxes, shipping, and processing charges or return shipments. EXTENSION OF OR CHANGES TO PROMOTION: At Tecovas’s sole discretion and option, the dates for the Promotion Period may be extended or shortened. Tecovas reserves the right to remove items from the promotion at any time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Tecovas’s standard Returns & Exchanges policy applies. If a customer uses the Promotion discount and subsequently returns the purchased Lightweight Leather Duffle and/or Men’s Leather Backpack in accordance with Tecovas’s policy, the customer will only receive a refund of the amount paid (after application of the Promotion discount).
