Change your mind? Need a different size or color? As long as your product is unworn (i.e., unscratched soles on boots), unused (for bags and leather goods), or unwashed (all jeans and other apparel) and within 30 days of receipt, all you need to do is the following:
How to Make a Return
Returning or exchanging our products is always free and easy!
Head to returns.tecovas.com and follow the prompts to complete your return.
Print your pre-paid shipping label to send the product(s) back to us in their original packaging. If you don’t have a printer, no problem. You can go straight to a FedEx or participating retail location. Show the QR code attached to your FedEx tracking number and a team member will print the label for you on the spot. Please check the email containing your QR code label for a list of participating drop-off locations nearby.
You'll get an email as soon as your return has been processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for online returns to be processed and/or shipped.

- Do you offer free returns & exchanges?
- Yes! Returns & exchanges for unworn items are free at Tecovas. Visit returns.tecovas.com to start your return or exchange.
- What is your return policy?
- Returns and exchanges are 100% free for items in unworn or unused condition (i.e., original tags, unworn & unwashed, no scuffs on the soles of boots) within 30 days of receipt. If you're buying boots, we encourage you to try them on carpet to avoid scratching the outsoles!
- How do I return or exchange my order?
- To start a return or exchange, simply head to returns.tecovas.com and follow the prompts, then mail your package back to us! We’ll send you a notification as soon as your refund has been processed, or your requested exchange is on its way. Please allow up to 5 business days for online returns to be processed and/or shipped.
Looking to return in person? Feel free to visit one of our retail locations near you or bring your package to a Happy Returns location near you for an instant refund! Please note, exchanges are not accepted at Happy Returns locations at this time.
