Email/SMS sign up promotion

This limited time discount promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Tecovas,
Inc. (“Tecovas”), which reserves the right to verify the eligibility
qualifications of any participant.

ELIGIBILITY: Participant must be a legal resident of the continental United
States of America who is eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of
submission. Void in HI, AK, and where prohibited by law.

OFFER: Qualifying participants will receive a limited time promo code
which may be used one time during the Promo Code Period, for 10% off an
eligible purchase of $250 or more, while supplies last; no rain checks are
available. The promo code will expire thirty (30) days after
issuance (the “Promo Code Period”). The promo code may only be
redeemed once.

To use the promo code, participants must purchase $250 worth of
eligible product pre tax & shipping at a Tecovas retail location or
online store within the Promo Code Period. The promo code may not be
used in connection with purchases at outlet store locations, or for purchases
of discounted or otherwise marked-down boots. PRIOR OR PENDING
PURCHASES IN A SEPARATE ORDER, GIFT CARDS, GIFT CERTIFICATES,
COUPONS, AND OTHER OFFERS MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH THE
QUALIFYING PURCHASE. Promo codes cannot be sold, transferred or
otherwise bartered.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion, visit the following Tecovas
webpage: https://tecovas.attn.tv/p/GS0/landing-page during the
Promotion Period, and follow instructions to complete (a “Submission”).
Qualifying Participants must not have previously registered for email and/or
text messaging from Tecovas. No purchase is necessary to submit a
Submission and/or receive the promo code. If registering for text messaging
from Tecovas, participant agrees to the following terms and

LIMIT ONE SUBMISSION PER PERSON. No individual may submit more
than one Submission. Any individual submitting more than one Submission
may be disqualified from the Promotion in Tecovas’s sole discretion.
If a Participant chooses to use a mobile device to submit a Submission, then
depending on the carrier, charges may apply. If a Participant submits a
Submission via mobile device, then the Participant agrees to receive
messages via mobile device relating to the Promotion, which may also result
in charges.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion period starts at 12:00 AM Central
Time on May 28, 2024 and continues until 11:59 PM Central Time on
December 31, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

Tecovas is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible
Submissions or for any computer, online, telephone or technical
malfunctions that may occur. Submissions will be declared made by the
natural person who is assigned to email address or phone number
submitted in connection with the Submission.

EXTENSION OF PROMOTION: At Tecovas’s sole discretion and option,
the dates of the Promotion Period, or the Promo Code Period, may be
extended or shortened. Tecovas will post notice of such adjustments in a
reasonable manner.

ISSUANCE & EXPIRATION: Limited-time promo codes will be issued to
qualifying participants after receipt of eligible Submissions, and delivered
via email or text message to the email address or phone number that the
participant provides, as applicable.

EXCLUSIONS: All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are
available. Participants may only use the promo code ONCE. Not valid on
prior or pending purchases, gift certificates, taxes, shipping and processing
charges. Participant must pay applicable taxes and shipping charges. Offer
may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code,
coupon and/or offer. Promo codes have no cash value. Promo Code cannot
be sold, transferred or otherwise bartered, and may not be shared with
other persons. Promo Codes may not be used on certain items, as
designated by Tecovas in its sole discretion. Promo codes expire on thirty
(30) days after issuance.

REFUNDS: Tecovas’ standard Returns & Exchanges policy applies.
Refunds on qualifying orders will be governed by such policy.

GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE:
PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES TECOVAS FROM ANY AND ALL
LIABILITY CAUSED BY, RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM THE
PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO
EVENT WILL TECOVAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF
ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED
WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OF ANY OFFER. PARTICIPANT FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY OFFER
IS RECEIVED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION
OF ANY KIND FROM TECOVAS.

Any reporting or tax requirements are the sole responsibility of the
participant. Participants are responsible for payment of all tax and shipping
expenses. By participating in the Promotion, you also agree to
Tecovas’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

AMENDMENT OF RULES: Tecovas reserves the right, exercisable at its
sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
These Terms may be amended by Tecovas in its sole discretion.
