Suede Care Kit Promotional Offer

This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Tecovas, Inc. (hereinafter “Tecovas”), which reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any participant.

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is available to customers in the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). This offer is limited to one suede care kit per qualifying order of men’s or women’s suede boots or shoes, with a maximum of ten (10) suede care kits orders per participant (i.e., no participant may receive more than ten (10) suede care kits in connection with this Promotion). Void where prohibited by law, taxed, or otherwise restricted.

OFFER AND HOW TO REDEEM: To qualify for the Promotion, you must purchase and pay for a qualifying, full price pair of Tecovas suede boots or shoes (men’s or women’s) at a Tecovas retail location or at Tecovas’ online store and within the Promotion Period. Qualifying participants will receive a free suede care kit ($19 retail value), subject to availability, while supplies last. Certain boots and shoes are not eligible for this Promotion, including markdown/discounted boots and shoes, children’s boots and shoes, and any other boots or shoes designated by Tecovas (in its sole discretion) as excluded from the Promotion. The Promotion is not valid at outlet store locations. Tecovas is not responsible for any late or non‐delivered e‐mails, postage, or other computer‐ or communications‐related failures, caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Tecovas. GIFT CARDS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, DISCOUNTS (INCLUDING MILITARY AND STUDENT DISCOUNTS) AND OTHER OFFERS MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH THIS PROMOTION, AND DO NOT COUNT TOWARD THE PURCHASE OF A QUALIFYING PAIR OF BOOTS OR SHOES.

For qualifying orders made at Tecovas’ online store, the suede care kit(s) will be shipped to the same address as Participant’s order (within the continental U.S.). For qualifying purchases made at a Tecovas retail store location, the suede care kit(s) will be provided at the time of such purchase (subject to availability at such location).

PROMOTION PERIOD: The offer period starts at 12:00 AM Central Time on October 13, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on October 15, 2023.

GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE:

PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES TECOVAS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL TECOVAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT RECEIVED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY SUEDE CARE KIT(S) RECEIVED HEREUNDER IS RECEIVED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND FROM TECOVAS, AND THAT ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

Promotion is limited to stock on hand; no rain checks available. No shipping outside the continental U.S. Tecovas has the right to end or modify the Promotion at any time. Void in HI, AK, and where prohibited by law. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold or otherwise bartered.

Any reporting or tax requirements with respect to the products purchased or received hereunder are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants are responsible for payment of all tax and shipping charges. By participating in the Promotion, you also agree to Tecovas’ Terms of Service (https://www.tecovas.com/pages/terms-of-service) and Privacy Policy (https://www.tecovas.com/pages/privacy-policy).

EXTENSION OF PROMOTION: At Tecovas’s sole discretion and option, the dates for participation may be extended or shortened. Tecovas will post notice of such adjustments in a reasonable manner.

REFUNDS: Tecovas’ standard Returns & Exchanges (https://www.tecovas.com/pages/returns-exchanges) policy applies. Refunds on qualifying orders will be governed by these terms.

FINAL SALE; NO REFUNDS: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY PURCHASES OF “LAST CALL” OR “FINAL SALE” ITEMS UNDER THIS PROMOTION. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to Participant at an additional charge.

AMENDMENT OF TERMS: Tecovas reserves the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. These Terms may be amended by Tecovas in its sole discretion.
