December 2023 SMS Exclusive Promotion

This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Tecovas, Inc. (hereinafter “Tecovas”), which reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any participant.

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is available to customers in the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Void in AK, HI, and where prohibited by law.

OFFER: Qualifying participants will receive a limited-time discount code, which may be used during the Promotion Period for $25 off of purchases of $150 or more made at a Tecovas retail location or at Tecovas’ online store during the Promotion Period. Not valid at Tecovas outlet stores. The $150 purchase amount is based on the merchandise subtotal after any applicable discounts.

To qualify for the Promotion, you must purchase and pay for a minimum of $150 in merchandise as set forth above at a Tecovas retail location or at Tecovas’ online store, exclusive of taxes or shipping and processing charges, within a single order and during the Promotion Period. PRIOR OR PENDING PURCHASES IN A SEPARATE ORDER, GIFT CARDS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, COUPONS, OTHER OFFERS, TAXES, SHIPPING AND PROCESSING CHARGES DO NOT COUNT TOWARD THE QUALIFYING PURCHASE AMOUNT. DISCOUNT CODES CANNOT BE USED TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF DIGITAL OR PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS.

PROMOTION PERIOD: Limited-time discount codes will be issued to qualifying participants via SMS and delivered to the phone number provided by the participant. The promotion period starts at 12:00 AM Central Time on December 8, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM Pacific Standard Time on December 10, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”). DISCOUNT CODES EXPIRE AT 11:59 PM PACIFIC STANDARD TIME ON DECEMBER 10, 2023.

EXCLUSIONS: All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Participants may only use the discount code ONCE. Not valid on prior or pending purchases, gift certificates, taxes, shipping and processing charges. Participant must pay applicable taxes and shipping charges. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Discount codes have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise bartered, and discount codes may not be shared with other persons. Discount Codes may not be used on certain items, as designated by Tecovas in its sole discretion. DISCOUNT CODES CANNOT BE USED TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF DIGITAL OR PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES TECOVAS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL TECOVAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SHIPPING DELAYS.

Tecovas is not responsible for any late or non‐delivered SMS or communications‐related failures, caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Tecovas.

Changing your order or delivery address may result in delays in delivery. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed; weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery time.

By participating in the Promotion, you also agree to Tecovas’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

EXTENSION OF OR CHANGES TO PROMOTION: At Tecovas’s sole discretion and option, the dates for the Promotion Period may be extended or shortened. Tecovas reserves the right to remove items from the Promotion at any time.

FINAL SALE; NO REFUNDS: All sales of eligible marked down items hereunder are final sale and sold “as-is”. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY PURCHASES UNDER THIS PROMOTION. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to Participant at an additional charge.
