This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Tecovas, Inc. (hereinafter “Tecovas”), which reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any participant.

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is available to customers in the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Void where prohibited by law.

OFFER AND HOW TO REDEEM: During the Promotion Period, customers will receive an additional 20% off eligible marked down items. To qualify for the promotional offer, you must purchase one or more eligible marked down item(s) from Tecovas’s online store or retail store locations during the Promotion Period. Subject to availability, while supplies last; no rain checks are available. All marked down items are final sale. GIFT CARDS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, AND OTHER OFFERS MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH THIS PROMOTION. No shipping outside the continental U.S. Tecovas, Inc. has the right to end or modify the Promotion at any time. Void in HI, AK, and where prohibited by law. Participant must pay applicable tax and shipping charges.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The offer period starts at 12:00 AM Central Time on May 24, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on May 27, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES TECOVAS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL TECOVAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SHIPPING DELAYS.

Changing your order or delivery address may result in delays in delivery. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed; weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery time.

Promotion is limited to stock on hand; no rain checks available. Not valid on prior or pending purchases, gift cards, gift certificates, taxes, shipping and processing charges or return shipments. Promotion discounts may not be used on full-priced or certain other items (as designated by Tecovas).

Participants are responsible for payment of all taxes. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be transferred, sold or otherwise bartered. Void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted. By participating in the Promotion, you also agree to Tecovas’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

EXTENSION OF OR CHANGES TO PROMOTION: At Tecovas’s sole discretion and option, the dates for the Promotion Period may be extended or shortened. Tecovas reserves the right to remove items from the promotion at any time.

FINAL SALE; NO REFUNDS: All sales of eligible marked down items hereunder are final sale and sold “as-is”. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY PURCHASES OF MARKED DOWN ITEMS UNDER THIS PROMOTION. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to the customer at an additional charge.
