This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Tecovas, Inc., which reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any participant.

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is available to customers in the continental United States (not in Alaska or Hawaii). This offer may only be redeemed once per order. Void in AK, HI, and where prohibited by law.

OFFER: Receive 20% off of purchases made at a Tecovas retail location or at Tecovas’s online store during the Promotion Period. Not valid at Tecovas outlet stores.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion Period starts at 12:00 AM Central Time on November 22, 2023 and ends at 1:59 AM Central Time on November 28, 2023.

EARLY ACCESS: Eligible participants will receive a limited time discount code on or before November 17th, 2023, for early access to this offer. Discount codes will be delivered via email to the email address provided by the eligible participant, and via text message to the phone number provided by the eligible participant. Discount codes may be used for 20% off of purchases made at a Tecovas retail location or at Tecovas’s online store beginning November 17, 2023 and ending November 21, 2023. Discount codes expire on November 21, 2023 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Tecovas is not responsible for any late or non‐delivered e‐mails, postage, or other computer‐ or communications‐related failures, caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Tecovas.

EXCLUSIONS: All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Not valid on prior or pending purchases, gift certificates, taxes, shipping and processing charges. Participant must pay applicable tax and shipping charges. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discounts, code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise bartered. GIFT CARDS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, DISCOUNTS (INCLUDING MILITARY AND STUDENT DISCOUNTS) AND OTHER OFFERS MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH THIS PROMOTION. DISCOUNT CODES CANNOT BE USED TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF DIGITAL OR PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS.

REFUNDS: Tecovas’ standard Returns & Exchanges policy applies. Refunds on qualifying orders will be governed by these terms.

FINAL SALE; NO REFUNDS: All sales of eligible previously marked down items hereunder are final sale and sold “as-is”. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY PURCHASES OF “LAST CALL” OR “FINAL SALE” ITEMS UNDER THIS PROMOTION. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to Participant at an additional charge.

PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES TECOVAS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY CAUSED BY, RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM THE PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL TECOVAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OF ANY OFFER. PARTICIPANT FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY OFFER IS RECEIVED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND FROM TECOVAS.

Any reporting or tax requirements are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants are responsible for payment of all tax and shipping expenses. By participating in the Promotion, you also agree to Tecovas’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

EXTENSION OF PROMOTION: At Tecovas’ sole discretion and option, the dates for participation may be extended or shortened. Tecovas will post notice of such adjustments in a reasonable manner.

AMENDMENT OF TERMS: Tecovas reserves the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. These Terms may be amended by Tecovas in its sole discretion.
