Mother's Day Scarf Promotional Offer

This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Tecovas, Inc. (hereinafter “Tecovas”), which reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any participant.

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is available to customers in the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). This offer is limited to one scarf per customer (subject to availability). Void where prohibited by law, taxed, or otherwise restricted.

OFFER AND HOW TO REDEEM: To qualify for the Promotion, you must purchase and pay for at least one full-priced pair of qualifying Tecovas women’s footwear in a single order, at Tecovas’ online store or at the Eligible Store (see details below), within the Promotion Period. Qualifying participants may choose to receive a free scarf (subject to availability, while supplies last) (the “Scarf”). PRIOR OR PENDING PURCHASES IN A SEPARATE ORDER, GIFT CARDS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, COUPONS, OTHER OFFERS, TAXES, SHIPPING AND PROCESSING CHARGES DO NOT COUNT TOWARDS THE QUALIFYING PURCHASE REQUIREMENT.

For qualifying orders made at Tecovas’ online store, the Scarf will be shipped to the same address as Participant’s order (within the continental U.S.). For qualifying purchases made at the Tecovas Eligible Store, the Scarf will be provided at the time of such purchase (subject to availability at such location).

PROMOTION PERIOD; ELIGIBLE STORES: The offer period for purchases made at Tecovas’ online store starts at 12:00 AM Central Time on May 02, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on May 05, 2024. The offer period for purchases made at the Tecovas Eligible Store is from 4:00 PM Central Time to 6:00 PM Central Time on May 11, 2024 only.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES TECOVAS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL TECOVAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OF THE SCARF. PARTICIPANT FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE SCARF IS RECEIVED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND FROM TECOVAS, AND THAT ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold or otherwise bartered.

Any reporting or tax requirements with respect to the Scarf are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants are responsible for payment of all tax and shipping expenses. By participating in the Promotion, you also agree to Tecovas’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

EXTENSION OF PROMOTION: At Tecovas’s sole discretion and option, the Promotion Period may be extended or shortened. Tecovas will post notice of such adjustments in a reasonable manner.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Returns and exchanges are subject to the Tecovas Return and Exchanges Policy located at https://www.tecovas.com/p/returns-and-exchanges.

AMENDMENT OF RULES: Tecovas reserves the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. These Terms may be amended by Tecovas in its sole discretion.
