The Wild Idea family-run ranch started in 1997 as a way to regenerate a threatened ecosystem — The Great Plains — by raising native bison on the land as nature intended.

Owner and wildlife biologist, Dan O’Brien, realized that when you allow bison to graze freely without intervention, they not only help spread seed and fertilize the soil, they also grow into a rich source of the highest quality red meat in the world.

We partnered with Wild Idea to support their mission and stewardship of the land and to help bring lasting purpose to the lives of these ancient animals.
