This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Tecovas, Inc. (hereinafter “Tecovas”), which reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any participant.

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is available to customers in the United States. Void where prohibited by law.

OFFER: Qualifying participants will receive a limited-time discount, which may be used during the Promotion Period for up to 30% off purchases made at a Tecovas retail location or at Tecovas’ online store during the Promotion Period valid on select products. Participants must login to their Tecovas account to access discounted products. Prices as marked. Not valid at Tecovas outlet stores. Not valid for purchases through our wholesale partners.

To qualify for the Promotion, you must purchase and pay for the select merchandise as set forth above at a Tecovas retail location or at Tecovas’ online store, exclusive of taxes or shipping and processing charges, within a single order and during the Promotion Period.

PROMOTION PERIOD: Limited-time discounts will be issued to qualifying participants via SMS and delivered to the phone number provided by the participant. The promotion period starts at 12:00 AM Central Time on February 28, 2025 and ends at 11:59PM Central Time on March 3 , 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

EXCLUSIONS: All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Not valid on prior or pending purchases, gift certificates, taxes, shipping and processing charges. Participant must pay applicable taxes and shipping charges. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Discount codes have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise bartered, and discount codes may not be shared with other persons. Discount Codes may only be used on select items, as designated by Tecovas in its sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES TECOVAS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL TECOVAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SHIPPING DELAYS.

Tecovas is not responsible for any late or non‐delivered SMS or communications‐related failures, caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Tecovas.

Changing your order or delivery address may result in delays in delivery. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed; weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery time.

By participating in the Promotion, you also agree to Tecovas’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

EXTENSION OF OR CHANGES TO PROMOTION: At Tecovas’s sole discretion and option, the dates for the Promotion Period may be extended or shortened. Tecovas reserves the right to add or remove items from the Promotion at any time.
