2025 Father's Day Promotion

This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Tecovas, Inc. (hereinafter “Tecovas”), which reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any participant.

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is available to customers in the United States. This offer is limited to one Father’s Day Hat per order (subject to availability). Void where prohibited by law, taxed, or otherwise restricted.

OFFER AND HOW TO REDEEM: To qualify for the Promotion, you must purchase and pay for at least $300 of qualifying Tecovas products (after application of discount codes, and exclusive of taxes, shipping and processing charges), in a single order, at a Tecovas retail location or at Tecovas’ online store and within the Promotion Period. Qualifying participants may choose to receive a Father’s Day Hat and subject to availability, while supplies last) (the “Hat”). PRIOR OR PENDING PURCHASES IN A SEPARATE ORDER, GIFT CARDS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, COUPONS, OTHER OFFERS, TAXES, SHIPPING AND PROCESSING CHARGES DO NOT COUNT TOWARDS THE QUALIFYING PURCHASE AMOUNT. OFFER MAY NOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH OR ANY OTHER ITEM. Not valid for purchases through our wholesale partners.

For qualifying orders made at Tecovas’ online store, the Hat will be shipped to the same address as Participant’s order and may ship separately. For qualifying purchases made at a Tecovas retail location, the Hat will be provided at the time of such purchase (subject to availability at such location).

PROMOTION PERIOD: The offer period for purchases made at Tecovas’ online store or from a Tecovas retail store starts at 12:00 AM Central Time on June 05, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on June 15, 2025.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES TECOVAS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL TECOVAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OF THE HAT. PARTICIPANT FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE HAT IS RECEIVED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND FROM TECOVAS, AND THAT ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold or otherwise bartered.

Any reporting or tax requirements with respect to the Hat are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants are responsible for payment of all tax and shipping expenses. By participating in the Promotion, you also agree to Tecovas’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

EXTENSION OF PROMOTION: At Tecovas’s sole discretion and option, the Promotion Period may be extended or shortened.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Returns and exchanges are subject to the Tecovas Return and Exchanges Policy.

AMENDMENT OF RULES: Tecovas reserves the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. These Terms may be amended by Tecovas in its sole discretion.
