Tecovas belts are standard sizes. The table below shows which belt size corresponds to standard pant sizes. Each belt has five holes 1" apart, and these sizes are based on using the 'middle' belt hole.

Sizing for boot inserts is very straightforward! Each size has a corresponding boot size range. Select the size that matches the boot size that you'll be using the inserts in. The inserts will work for all boot widths.
