Tecovas Giving Tuesday Promotion

This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Tecovas, Inc., which reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any participant.

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is available to customers in the United States. This offer may only be redeemed once per order. Void where prohibited by law.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion Period applies to qualifying purchases made between 8:00 AM Central Time on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 and 7:59 AM Central Time on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. Purchases made before or after this time frame do not qualify for this Promotion.

GIVING TUESDAY CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION: For every qualifying purchase of $100 or more made during the Promotion Period, Tecovas will donate $10 to the Western Sports Foundation. Qualifying purchases must be completed through Tecovas.com or at Tecovas retail locations; purchases made through wholesale partners are excluded. Tecovas has committed to a minimum total donation of $25,000 and a maximum total donation of $50,000. If any merchandise sold as part of a qualifying purchase is subsequently returned to Tecovas within fourteen (14) days after December 3, 2025, the $10 donation for that purchase will not be made. EXCLUSIONS: Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise bartered. Not valid for purchases through wholesale partners.

REFUNDS: Tecovas’ Returns & Exchanges policy applies. Refunds on qualifying orders will be governed by these terms.

FINAL SALE; NO REFUNDS: All sales of eligible previously marked down items hereunder are final sale and sold “as-is.” NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY PURCHASES OF “LAST CALL” OR “FINAL SALE” ITEMS UNDER THIS PROMOTION. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to Participant at an additional charge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE:

PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES TECOVAS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY CAUSED BY, RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM THE PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL TECOVAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OF ANY OFFER. PARTICIPANT FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY OFFER IS RECEIVED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND FROM TECOVAS.

Any reporting or tax requirements are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants are responsible for payment of all tax and shipping expenses. By participating in the Promotion, you also agree to Tecovas’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

EXTENSION OF PROMOTION: At Tecovas’ sole discretion and option, the dates for participation may be extended or shortened. Tecovas will post notice of such adjustments in a reasonable manner.

AMENDMENT OF TERMS: Tecovas reserves the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion. These Terms may be amended by Tecovas in its sole discretion.
