This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Tecovas, Inc., which reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any participant.

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is available to customers in the United States. This offer may only be redeemed once per order. Void where prohibited by law.

OFFER: Receive 20% off of purchases made at a Tecovas retail location or at Tecovas’s online store during the Promotion Period using discount code EARLYBF (the “Discount Code”). Discount Code will be delivered via email and/or text message to participants on Tecovas’s email and/or SMS lists. Prices as marked where applicable. Offer valid on eCommerce and retail purchases only; not valid for wholesale purchases.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion Period starts at 12:00 AM Central Time on November 21, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on November 25, 2025.

EARLY ACCESS: Eligible participants will receive a limited-time Discount Code (EARLYBF) on or before November 21, 2025, for early access to this offer. Discount Codes will be delivered via email to the email address provided by the eligible participant, and/or via text message to the phone number provided by the eligible participant. Discount Codes may be used for 20% off of purchases made at a Tecovas retail location or at Tecovas’s online store beginning November 21, 2025 and ending November 25, 2025. Discount Codes expire on November 25, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Tecovas is not responsible for any late or non-delivered emails, text messages, postage, or other computer- or communications-related failures caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Tecovas. Not valid for purchases through our wholesale partners.

EXCLUSIONS: All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Not valid on prior or pending purchases, gift certificates, taxes, shipping and processing charges. Participant must pay applicable tax and shipping charges. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon, and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise bartered. REFUNDS: Tecovas’ standard Returns & Exchanges policy applies. Refunds on qualifying orders will be governed by these terms.

FINAL SALE; NO REFUNDS: All sales of eligible previously marked down items hereunder are final sale and sold “as-is.” NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY PURCHASES OF “LAST CALL” OR “FINAL SALE” ITEMS UNDER THIS PROMOTION. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to Participant at an additional charge.

Any reporting or tax requirements are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants are responsible for payment of all tax and shipping expenses. By participating in the Promotion, you also agree to Tecovas’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

EXTENSION OF PROMOTION: At Tecovas’ sole discretion and option, the dates for participation may be extended or shortened. Tecovas will post notice of such adjustments in a reasonable manner.

AMENDMENT OF TERMS: Tecovas reserves the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. These Terms may be amended by Tecovas in its sole discretion.
