PROMOTION PERIOD: The offer period starts at 12:00 AM Central Time on November 30, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on December 1, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES TECOVAS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL TECOVAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SHIPPING DELAYS.

The promotion is limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Returns & Exchanges: Tecovas’s standard Returns & Exchanges policy applies. If a customer uses the Promotion discount and subsequently returns the purchased applicable Canyon Collection or Sierra Collection item(s) in accordance with Tecovas’s policy, the customer will only receive a refund of the amount paid (after application of the Promotion discount).
