I recently started with Tecovas in late 2022 and have loved working with a dynamic and talented team. One of my favorite parts of the culture is how encouraged we are to share ideas and collaborate with team members, even if it's outside of our "job title" or day-to-day responsibilities. Good ideas come from everywhere, and the Tecovas Leadership Team welcomes feedback and new thinking at every level. There is a great balance of autonomy and ownership of your role, with support and mentorship surrounding you at every step.

Joining the Tecovas team has been more than I could have imagined in the best way possible. Since working here, I have met the most incredible people that I feel honored to learn from everyday. I not only feel supported by my team members but I continuously feel inspired to grow in my career and sling some boots!

My journey with Tecovas began in our retail stores, and combining my customer-facing experience with a passion for Training & Development is truly a dream opportunity for me. As a Retail Training Manager, I love ending each day knowing I made a difference for customers and employees alike by ensuring our retail team members have all the knowledge and skills they need to confidently succeed in their roles. While Tecovas has grown rapidly over the years, the commitment to Western values and serving one another hasn't changed, and being surrounded by those who share these values has helped me grow tremendously as a professional and as a person.

My time at Tecovas has truly been inspiring. Each team holds true to leading with and exemplifying our core values. I love the support and trust I am given within my role and appreciate the many opportunities I am given to grow professionally within the company. My favorite thing about working here is the real relationships I have built with my team members that will last a lifetime. I'm so excited to see what is next for Team Tecovas!

Working at Tecovas has been truly life changing. In the time I have been here, I have learned more than I ever have at any previous job. It's an amazing feeling when you believe in the brand and are seeing the growth and success unfold right in front of your eyes. In my role, I feel motivated to put my best work forward as I can see just how much it helps the team and the praise that is given for a job well done. As soon as I joined Tecovas earlier this year, I felt welcomed. Since then, I have enjoyed getting to know more about my coworkers, the company, and our product. This is my favorite job I’ve had and I am very happy to be a part of the Tecovas family.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Tecovas. I love coming into work with people that show pride in what they do. I’ve never worked at a company that truly cares about internal growth and in providing the tools/support to do so. Becoming a Retail Field Trainer has provided me the opportunity to share the passion Tecovas has for providing amazing products along with amazing customer service with those joining the team. Not only have I grown into my current role which I love, but I know I have the support to grow into whatever Tecovas has to offer.

My First pair of cowboy boots was from Tecovas. The interactions I had with the staff made me want to join as an employee. I love making the in-store experience special for each customer whether it's their 1st visit or their 40th visit.

With the support of great leadership, my role is always allowing me to explore and push my creative capabilities providing invaluable experience. No two days are ever the same and with new products always on the horizon the drive and excitement is never dull.

I’m often asked why I love working at Tecovas and that answer is easy. I am empowered and encouraged to do the right thing for my team and my customer every day. Happy teams create happy customers and we are obsessed with creating the best experience for every person we encounter!

I love working for this brand because of how fun and supportive the team is. It is not just a job but a second family that everyone has one goal in mind = Our Customers. I have the privilege of meeting new people from all across the nation, sometimes other countries, asking about our product. The most rewarding part is welcoming customers to the Tecovas family and watching them fall in love with our product.

I value my job because I get to pay homage to my cowboy heritage. With every customer I get to share my love of the west. My end goal is never to push a sale, but to make a connection and welcome others to the cowboy way of life.

I love working at Tecovas because it has introduced me to people and opportunities without it I would’ve never had. Being in such a safe work environment allows me to push myself to grow professionally and personally. As a college student away from home, it helps double as a home away from home!

From the moment I was hired, I knew Tecovas was going to be a place where I could be my true, authentic self.
