Send in your worn Tecovas for a full resole with all original Tecovas parts. We'll also perform a detailed cleaning, conditioning, and polishing. You’ll get them back in about four to six weeks, fully restored and in brand-new Tecovas packaging.
If you have your own box, we’ll simply email you a prepaid shipping label. If you need a box to use, select that option, and we’ll send you one with a label included.
We cannot repair ripped or damaged leather shafts, vamps, or counters. In that case, we recommend taking your boots to a local cobbler. Please reach out to howdy@tecovas.com with questions.
If you need a box for shipping, we’ll send you one (pre-paid shipping label included) after you check out. All you have to do is package them up and send them back.

How long does a restoration take?
While the amount of time can vary due to backlog and condition of the boot, you can expect to receive your boots back roughly 4 to 6 weeks after you send them in. You can always contact our team for status updates!
Can you fix tears or large stains on the leather of my boots?
While our restoration team will do what they can to repair minor cosmetic defects, you should not purchase a boot restoration for major damage or stains to the boot leather. The restoration is focused primarily on resoling and conditioning and polishing of the boot leather. For any additional repairs that are needed outside of the services covered by our program, we will contact you with an update, and/or to approve the repair before our team proceeds with completing your boots.
Can I have multiple pairs of boots restored?
Yes, but we ask that you purchase the restorations separately, for logistics purposes. You will only be able to purchase restorations one at a time on our website. *One restoration purchase covers one pair of boots.
Can you restore other boots or shoes?
No, this restoration is offered only for Tecovas footwear as we only use Tecovas parts and materials. Please do not send in other brands of western boots or other footwear, as our restoration team will not be able to work on them.
What progress updates will I get?
After you send your boots in, you'll get an email alert letting you know once we've received them. Our team will inspect them, and you'll get another notification once restoration begins. Our team will reach out to you with any questions or requests for more information. Once the restoration is complete, you'll get an email with tracking information letting you know the boots are headed back to you!
What information do you need from me?
It's important that you fill out your shipping address, email address, and phone number correctly so that the shipping label we send you has the correct return address, and we can contact you with updates or questions.
