Holiday FAQs and Gift Services

Shipping Cutoff Dates

Make sure you’ve got everything in time for the holidays. We take pride in offering fast, free, reliable shipping. Check the cutoff dates for our different shipping methods below - orders placed with those methods by those dates are guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.

  • Free Ground Shipping - December 16th by 1 p.m. CST
  • 2-Day Shipping - December 20th by 1 p.m. CST
  • 1-Day Shipping - December 23rd by 1 p.m. CST

Depending on where you live, packages with our Free Ground Shipping (which leave from Dallas, Texas) can arrive much faster. Check the estimated dates when selecting your shipping method during checkout.

Holiday Returns & Exchanges

We take great pleasure in seeing people give the gift of Tecovas!

To make things easier, we extend our always-free Returns & Exchanges Policy beyond our typical 30 days. For any products purchased through the end of the year, we accept returns and exchanges through January 15th, regardless of when they were purchased or delivered.

So don’t worry about being a half-size off, or if they end up preferring a different color - we’re here to make returns and exchanges quick and painless.

Gift Notes

Sending a gift directly to someone, but want to add a personalized touch? Add a free gift note to the package from your cart.

You can use up to 300 characters. All gift notes are printed on Tecovas stationary and placed in a gift envelope inside the box.

Our apologies, but we do not currently offer gift receipts or gift wrapping for our online orders. We are, however, pleased to offer those services in our stores.
