TECOVAS CYBER WEEK PROMOTION
This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Tecovas, Inc. (“Tecovas”), which reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any participant.
ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is available to customers in the continental United States (not in Alaska or Hawaii). This offer may only be redeemed once per order. Void in AK, HI, and where prohibited by law.
OFFER: For every $100 spent in merchandise, qualifying participants will receive a limited-time discount code of $20, good towards a future purchase made within 90 days of issuance. The $100 purchase amount is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, including military discounts. For example, if you spend $200, excluding taxes, discounts, and shipping & processing charges, you will receive a limited-time discount code worth $40. DISCOUNT CODES EXPIRE 90 DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE.
To qualify for the Promotion, you must purchase and pay for a minimum of $100 in merchandise as set forth above at a Tecovas retail location or at Tecovas’ online store, exclusive of taxes or shipping and processing charges, within a single order and during the Promotion Period. PRIOR OR PENDING PURCHASES IN A SEPARATE ORDER, GIFT CARDS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, COUPONS, OTHER OFFERS, TAXES, SHIPPING AND PROCESSING CHARGES DO NOT COUNT TOWARD THE QUALIFYING PURCHASE AMOUNT.
GIVING TUESDAY CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION: In addition to the above promotion, Tecovas will donate $10 to Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation for every purchase over $100 (excluding taxes and shipping fees) made on Tuesday, 11/29/22 only. Purchases made before or after 11/29/22 do not qualify for this component of the promotion. If any merchandise sold as part of a qualifying purchase is subsequently returned to Tecovas within fourteen (14) days after November 29, 2022, and the return of such merchandise causes the purchase to no longer qualify for the charitable contribution (e.g., the purchase amount falls below $100 after the return), then the $10 donation will not be made.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The offer period starts at 12:00 AM Central Time on November 22, 2022 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on November 29, 2022.
ISSUANCE & EXPIRATION: Limited-time discount codes will be issued to qualifying participants by December 7, 2022, and delivered via email to the email address that you provide. Discount codes expire on March 6, 2023 at 11:59 PM Central Time.
EXCLUSIONS: All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Not valid on prior or pending purchases, gift certificates, taxes, shipping and processing charges. Consumer must pay applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise bartered. DISCOUNT CODES CANNOT BE USED TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF DIGITAL OR PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS.
REFUNDS: Tecovas’ standard Returns & Exchanges policy applies. Refunds on qualifying orders will be governed by these terms.
If a qualifying purchase is made, and some or all of the merchandise is returned or exchanged during the Promotion Period, discount code amounts will be adjusted for net customer spend during the Promotion Period
If all or part of a qualifying purchase is returned, Tecovas reserves the right to reduce or deactivate the associated discount code to the appropriate level (for example, if a return takes a purchase from $201 to $101, Tecovas may reduce the discount code from $40 to $20 dollars; if a return takes a purchase below $100, the discount code may be deactivated).
GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE:
PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES TECOVAS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY CAUSED BY, RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM THE PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL TECOVAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OF ANY OFFER. PARTICIPANT FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY OFFER IS RECEIVED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND FROM TECOVAS.
Any reporting or tax requirements are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants are responsible for payment of all tax and shipping expenses. By participating in the Promotion, you also agree to Tecovas’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
EXTENSION OF PROMOTION: At Tecovas’ sole discretion and option, the dates for participation may be extended or shortened. Tecovas will post notice of such adjustments in a reasonable manner.
